Need to reset or have forgotten password
Whether you've forgotten your password or are encountering login issues with your PureSafety account, regaining access is a simple process. Here's a detailed guide to help you navigate through the steps seamlessly.
Note: If the username or password that you enter on the login page does not match the information associated with your account, you will receive an error message on the login page. Continued incorrect attempts will result in your account being locked.

Reset your password from the login page
You can reset your password right from the login page. Doing so will unlock your account if it is already locked. To reset your password, follow these steps:
Initial Reset Attempt
- Navigate to the login page.
- Click the Having Trouble Logging In link under the 'Sign In' button.
- Enter your company name in the space provided.
- This should have been provided to you by your administrator.
- Click Next Step.
- Depending on your screen resolution, this button may not appear. If it does not, simply press the Enter key on your keyboard.
- Enter your Username in the field provided.
- This should have been provided to you by your administrator.
- Click Yes to go to the next step.
- Type the answer to your security question in the space provided.
- Please note that the answer is case-sensitive.
- If you don’t know the answer to your question or you get an error, enter your Email Address instead of your Username in step 5 to have a password emailed to you.
You can follow these directions any time you need a new password.
Contact an administrator within your company to reset your password
Your account’s username and password were created by your company’s administrator when your account was initially created. Due to security reasons, our Support Team cannot see or make changes to your account.
If you were unable to reset your password using the steps above, your account will need to be reset manually by an administrator within your company.
Additionally, it's important to note that repeated unsuccessful attempts to log in may result in your account being locked.
